Let's introduce festival president: Ladislav Miko

Ladislav Miko is an expert look at soil ecology and zoology and in oribatid mites. He lectures at Charles University and has been a guest professor at Antwerp University for 10 years. He also puts his expert and managerial experience to use as a member of the Board of Directors of the Partnership Foundation (Nadace Partnerství). Throughout his career, he has worked in executive positions in the Environment Inspectorate and has been a Deputy Minister and Minister for the Environment of the Czech Republic. He has been the head of the European Commission’s Representation to Slovakia since 2018.
